Welcome to Diva’s Palace Beauty Spot. By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting our salon, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This agreement outlines the responsibilities of both parties — you (the client) and us (the service provider).

Diva’s Palace offers natural hair care services including but not limited to braiding, locs, twists, hair prep, and styling. Additional services such as makeup, decor, and event planning may be offered under separate agreements.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Hair Preparation Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, clients must arrive with clean, detangled, product-free hair.
If hair is not prepped and no shampoo or prep service is selected, a prep fee of $25+ may be added or your appointment may be rescheduled.

Children & Guests

Children are welcome if being serviced.
Please do not bring extra guests unless discussed in advance.

Photography & Media Release

We reserve the right to take before-and-after photos/videos for marketing and portfolio purposes.
By booking, you consent to the use of your images unless you opt out in writing before your appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, violates salon policies, or shows disrespect to staff or other clients.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. We encourage clients to check this page periodically for updates.

Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

💇🏽‍♀️ No Refunds on Services Rendered

Once a service is completed, it is considered final.
If you’re unhappy with your style, please speak up before you leave the salon.
We will address concerns within 24 hours of your appointment, where possible.

🧾 Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All deposits are used to secure your appointment time and are not refundable—even if you cancel or don’t show up.
Deposits may be transferred (one time) if you give at least 48-hour notice and reschedule.

👑 Adjustments & Fixes

If something’s wrong with your style (ex: too tight, a missed braid, etc.), contact us within 24 hours of service for review.
Adjustments are made at stylist’s discretion and must be scheduled within 3 days of the original appointment.

⏰ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We respect your time — and we ask you to respect ours too. Diva’s Palace runs by appointment only, which means no-shows and late cancellations directly affect our business.

✅ Cancel or Reschedule with 48 Hours’ Notice

You can cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time = deposit forfeited.

❌ No-Shows

If you do not show up and do not communicate, it is considered a no-show.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be blocked from booking in the future.

⏳ Late Policy (For Reference)

10-minute grace period
After 10 minutes = $25 late fee
After 20 minutes = Appointment may be cancelled without refund

👀 Real Talk: These policies are in place to protect both the stylist and the client experience. Please don’t ghost your stylist — we don’t ghost your hair.
